• Process relevant documents (Invoice, Bill of Lading, Packing list etc) at Customs for Customs Classification and Valuation Report (CCVR)
• Petition Customs values that are higher than actual prices paid for the goods.
• Process declarations by ensuring proper description and classification of goods are done and appropriate regimes and duty rates applied
• Process documents at Shipping Lines for quick release of consignments
• Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines to support the interest of our clients
• Arrange for Customs inspections (Physical and Non-intrusive) of consignments
• Arrange for trucks to convey goods to importer's premises
• Reconciliation of payable duties and actual duties paid
• Apply for refunds on behalf of our clients
• Ensure safe handling of cargo from port to premises of Clients
• Facilitate storage of goods in Warehouses
